Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for treatment arrangements coordinated by PureNPerfect Care.
Cancellation Before Booking Treatment: Initial consultations and treatment quotations are free of charge. If you decide not to proceed, no fees apply.
Cancellation After Booking: Once a treatment booking is confirmed with the hospital, cancellation charges may apply depending on how close to admission the cancellation occurs and the hospital's own policy. Applicable charges will always be communicated to you in writing before confirmation.
Refunds: Where payments have been made directly to the hospital, refunds are processed according to the hospital's refund schedule. Amounts paid to PureNPerfect Care for coordination services may be non-refundable once planning work has commenced.
Changes by Hospital or Us: In rare cases where treatment must be postponed for clinical reasons, we will work with you and the hospital to reschedule at the earliest mutually convenient date without additional coordination fees.
